·         24 months of coverage from the customer's original purchase date

·         Mounting and balancing fees not included

Tire Coverage Description Maximum Benefit:

·          1st Year 100% Coverage - Covers up to $400/covered tire

·          2nd Year 50% Coverage - Customer pays 50% of the current retail price.  Covers up to $400/covered tire

·          24 Months Flat Tire Repair - Customer pays any fees over $40 for flat tire repair. Up to $40 per occurrence

Motor Club Benefits:

· Tire Change Services:

      o Service to change flat tire with good, inflated spare is included

· Tire Related Towing Services:

      o Towing is included up to 5 miles

      o Customer is responsible for any charges beyond 5 miles of towing
